By purchasing or using the Plugin you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n\n<h2>1. Payments and merchant of record<\/h2>\n<p>Purchases are processed by <strong>Freemius, Inc.<\/strong>, which acts as the\nauthorised reseller and merchant of record for the Plugin. Payment, invoicing,\napplicable VAT and the checkout process are handled by Freemius under\n<a href=\"https:\/\/freemius.com\/terms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Freemius\u2019 Terms of Service<\/a>\nand <a href=\"https:\/\/freemius.com\/privacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Privacy Policy<\/a>,\nwhich you also accept at checkout.<\/p>\n\n<h2>2. Licence<\/h2>\n<p>The Plugin\u2019s source code is licensed under the\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnu.org\/licenses\/old-licenses\/gpl-2.0.en.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2+)<\/a>.\nYour purchase grants you, for the plan you bought:<\/p>\n<ul>\n\t<li>access to <strong>automatic updates<\/strong> and <strong>customer support<\/strong> for one (1) year from purchase;<\/li>\n\t<li>use on the number of websites included in your plan (1 site, 5 sites, or unlimited).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Because the code is GPL, you retain the freedoms that licence grants. What the\npurchase provides is ongoing updates and support \u2014 not exclusivity over the code.<\/p>\n\n<h2>3. Renewals<\/h2>\n<p>Licences are annual and, where offered, renew automatically so you keep\nreceiving updates and support. You can cancel renewal at any time from your\naccount or via Freemius. If a licence lapses, the Plugin keeps working and your\ndata is untouched \u2014 you simply stop receiving new updates and support until you renew.<\/p>\n\n<h2>4. Refunds \u2014 14-day money-back guarantee<\/h2>\n<p>If the Plugin isn\u2019t right for you, request a refund within\n<strong>14 days<\/strong> of purchase and we\u2019ll refund you in full, no questions\nasked. Refunds are processed through Freemius. Contact\n<a href=\"mailto:info@akoenterprise.cz\">info@akoenterprise.cz<\/a> or use your Freemius account.<\/p>\n\n<h2>5. Support<\/h2>\n<p>Support covers installation, configuration and defect reports for the Plugin\nrunning on a supported WordPress and PHP version, via\n<a href=\"mailto:info@akoenterprise.cz\">info@akoenterprise.cz<\/a>. It does not cover custom\ndevelopment, third-party plugin or theme conflicts we cannot reproduce, or issues\ncaused by modified Plugin code.<\/p>\n\n<h2>6. Privacy and data<\/h2>\n<p>Fogless is privacy-first. The analytics it collects stay in your own WordPress\ndatabase; the free plugin makes no external requests. The Pro add-on communicates\nwith Freemius only for licence verification and updates. As a site owner you are\nresponsible for how you use the collected analytics and for your own site\u2019s\nprivacy notices. See our <a href=\"[PRIVACY POLICY URL]\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability<\/h2>\n<p>The Plugin is provided \u201cas is\u201d, without warranties of any kind to the extent\npermitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for\ndata loss; keep backups. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited\nunder applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.<\/p>\n\n<h2>8. Governing law<\/h2>\n<p>These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice\nto the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.<\/p>\n\n<h2>9.
