These terms govern your purchase and use of Fogless Analytics Pro (the “Plugin”), an add-on to the free Fogless Analytics plugin, provided by AKO Enterprise s.r.o., V Zahradách 1115/31, Rudná, 252 19, Company ID (IČO): 17543258 (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the Plugin you agree to these terms.

1. Payments and merchant of record

Purchases are processed by Freemius, Inc., which acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record for the Plugin. Payment, invoicing, applicable VAT and the checkout process are handled by Freemius under Freemius’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you also accept at checkout.

2. Licence

The Plugin’s source code is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2+). Your purchase grants you, for the plan you bought:

access to automatic updates and customer support for one (1) year from purchase;
use on the number of websites included in your plan (1 site, 5 sites, or unlimited).

Because the code is GPL, you retain the freedoms that licence grants. What the purchase provides is ongoing updates and support — not exclusivity over the code.

3. Renewals

Licences are annual and, where offered, renew automatically so you keep receiving updates and support. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account or via Freemius. If a licence lapses, the Plugin keeps working and your data is untouched — you simply stop receiving new updates and support until you renew.

4. Refunds — 14-day money-back guarantee

If the Plugin isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds are processed through Freemius. Contact info@akoenterprise.cz or use your Freemius account.

5. Support

Support covers installation, configuration and defect reports for the Plugin running on a supported WordPress and PHP version, via info@akoenterprise.cz. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugin or theme conflicts we cannot reproduce, or issues caused by modified Plugin code.

6. Privacy and data

Fogless is privacy-first. The analytics it collects stay in your own WordPress database; the free plugin makes no external requests. The Pro add-on communicates with Freemius only for licence verification and updates. As a site owner you are responsible for how you use the collected analytics and for your own site’s privacy notices. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Plugin is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss; keep backups. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
